Life Drawing in January

Here are some examples of the sessions I've done in January - I'm trying to decide on a couple of them that I'd like to develop for the March Group show at On-Canvas... Another session or two, and perhaps I'll be able to decide.

The challenge with being an artist, is that at times... the creativity that drives you can be elusive. Imagery and ideas are not within my grasp although in moments of clarity, I know I want to change the direction I'm headed, artistically speaking. Could it be my life has altered so much, that my art must also evolve to reflect that? I don't know... What keeps me afloat these days, is life drawing... when lines, forms and angles create a being - my perception of that being - I get great satisfaction . So, I'm working through this dry spell... by drawing.
